Absentee Ballot Request Form

You can vote absentee at the County Clerk's Office during regular business hours of 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday -Friday until the close of business the day before the election.  The Office will be open on Saturday, November 5th, 2016 from 8:00am to 12:00 noon as well as until 5:00 pm on Monday, November 7th.  If you are voting absentee by mail in the upcoming election, please submit the following ballot request form to the County Clerk's Office at 1001 Main St, Lexington, MO  64067 or fax to 660-259-6109.

Property Fraud Alert
The Recorder’s Office is now offering Property Fraud Alert.  This is a free service to anyone within the County.  This is a protection alert that will come to you by phone or email if anyone records a document in your name.  You can give us a call at (660) 259-6178 and we can sign you up or you can go to the website at to sign up.
